Forms for Health and Safety

The comprehensive approach to the health and safety of all participants in the ATCAA Early Childhood Service program includes periodic checks on a wide range of operational aspects of the child care centers themselves. These checklists address the entire lifecycle of the center: from pre-construction site issues to annual center shutdown at the end of the school year. Different items are checked on different schedules. Some critical health and safety items are checked daily while other items may be checked on annually. Many items are checked on varying schedules as required by local, state and federal regulations.

The schedule for checklist items can be divided into:

• "Owie Report" (NCR form used to notify parents of minor "owies")
