PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE: To establish and maintain an organizational
structure that supports the program and delivery of services through adequate
staffing, staff supervision, and staff support. Refer to ATCAA Policies and
Procedures.
OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES.
1.The Program Director and the Policy Council periodically review the description of the Head
Start Program and its component services annually.
2. The Program Director ensures that teacher-child ratios are in
compliance with State and Federal legal requirements.
3. The Program Director and the Policy Council ensure that the
Bylaws
include clear descriptions of committee functions, responsibilities, and
relationships to governing bodies, other committees, management staff and
itself.
